We are currently accepting vendor applications for our Apple & Pine Christmas Market, that will be taking place at the Keystone Centre (Manitoba Room) in Brandon, MB.
Application Info
If you are a vendor who is interested in joining our market for this event, please read the information below and fill out our application. Applications will be available from August 6th-20th. Any applications received after August 20th will be added to our waitlist. If space is available in the category requested, you will be contacted.
All makers will be contacted on or before September 5th and will be notified of their acceptance to the market. Please monitor your junk mail or add our email to your safe list. Our email is appleandpinemarket@outlook.com.
**Please note all items must be locally designed, crafted or inspired by a local business as we do not accept multi level or direct sales marketing companies.
We will also be following all Provincial Public Health guidelines at the time of the market. Please be specific in your application. For example, if you would like to offer a food or beverage service for purchase, this requires additional approval from the Keystone Centre. Any items baked or cooked must be wrapped and sealed when available for purchase. If you intend on giving out samples, please note that in your application and refer to the Farmer’s Market Guidelines for the Province of Manitoba or speak to your local food inspector. We can provide a contact if you have questions.

VIP Shop: Saturday, November 9th 10am-11am
General Admission: Saturday, November 9th 11am-5pm
Sunday, November 10th- 10am-4pm
Vendor Setup Time:
Friday: 3pm-7pm (staggered time slots)
Saturday morning: 7:30-9:30am
Vendor Cost:
Booth Sizes (please note all costs include GST):
1) 10’ wide by 10’ deep - $325 without electricity
2) 10’ wide by 10’ deep - $325+ $90 electricity = ($415 Total). This includes 15amp service. If you require additional (more than 15 amp) please let us know. The electrical cost is set by the Keystone Centre on a per outlet per vendor event use.
3) 10’ wide by 10’ deep (corner) - $375 without electricity (corner spaces are limited)
4) 20’ wide by 10’ deep - $650 without electricity
5) 20’ wide by 10’ deep - $650 with electricity $90=$740 total. This includes 15amp service. If you require additional (more than 15 amp) please let us know. The electrical cost is set by the Keystone Centre on a per outlet per vendor event use.
Complimentary Wi-Fi
Payments can be made by e-transfer to appleandpinemarket@outlook.com. Please note: payment will not be required until you have received your acceptance email on or before September 5th. Please check your Junk Mail or email ASAP if you have not heard from us by this date. You will receive a receipt upon payment at your request.
Upon acceptance, please send payment by September 20th. Payment must be received by this date to secure your spot as space and time is limited. No exceptions.
Vendor Acceptance:
Each vendor will be chosen based on category and the products they sell. All items must be locally designed, crafted or inspired by a local business as we do not accept multi level or direct sales marketing companies. Keep your set-ups simple, but classy, clean and easily accessible for shoppers to browse and purchase your product. Keep the display of your items small, so shoppers are able to browse with ease and save an additional shelf/table for your stock. Please note you must attend both days of the market.

Signage in and around Brandon (including signs at the main intersections upon arrival) Marketing for the event will also be collaborated with the Keystone
General Admission tickets (2) to giveaway on your social media upon request (please send us a DM on Instagram to confirm) leading up to the event and a list of winners will be available at the door. No tickets will be emailed or mailed to the winner.
Social media marketing on Facebook & Instagram & Radio advertising, as well as advertising in the Brandon Sun and local mail outs/magazines
Digital Photo(s) of you, your products & display, as time prevails and upon request (By Cass)
Entertainment and DJ provided by Trident Music and Trident Photobooths
Decor provided by Crafty Abby and Pinnacle Event Rentals.
Vendor photos with short bio displayed on our website and as vendors are announced on Instagram and Facebook
Inclusive Instagram close friends group to get the latest updates!
What We Expect from Vendors:
Event promotion on your social media (at least 1 post and 2 stories posting about the event)
Photos of your products for our social media vendor announcements (square format photo is recommended-this will ensure your photo fits in Instagram when we post) upon acceptance
Vendor booths that fit the allotted space (please include “shopping room” with in this space in your set-up. Please do not place your table at the cut off and stand behind it.)
Kindness to your booth neighbor (buddy system for bathroom breaks, etc.-we can also help when needed, just ask!)
Included in Vendor Costs for 2024 (included in vendor fee):
Business license fees for individual vendors and/or events via City of Brandon
Additional permitting or licensing fees (unforeseeable fees with new and upcoming health and safety rules)
Please note electricity is not included, this is an additional cost of $90/vendor if requested in application. This cost is set by the Keystone Centre and is not in our control.
Cancellation Policy:
Vendor fees are non refundable 30 days prior to the event. Please keep us informed, so we are able to contact someone to fill your place from the wait list.
